Alex Sullivan is a seasoned professional with a rich background in both the hospitality and recruitment industries. Having held diverse management and leadership roles in hospitality venues across the globe, Alex developed a deep understanding of the industry's unique demands and challenges.

After returning to Australia, Alex worked at several leading recruitment firms, where he sharpened his skills in talent acquisition and workforce development. In 2017, driven by his passion for both fields, Alex merged his expertise to launch Hospitality Careers. His vision was to create a specialised recruitment firm dedicated to connecting top talent with Australia's thriving hospitality sector.
